Shen Hua Tang is a very useful formula that was written by Fu Qing-Zhu in the 17th century. One of the possible translation is the formula name is Generate and Transform Decoction. It is recommended for postpartum woman to use this formula after the birth for a week to promote circulation, expel the lochia and relieve pain. It also transforms blood stasis, warm the warm the body.

Dang Gui 20gr : warm, sweet, acrid. It invigorates blood circulation while it nourishes and warms.
