Felek Acupuncture is 5 years old!

Hello Friends, Patients, Colleagues,

This month we are celebrating our 5th year of serving our community! When I started my practice in May of 2016, I was very happy to be doing a profession that I was so passionate about doing, but I was also very nervous about my lack of experience in clinical practice. After five years of practice and further studying, I have learned a lot and gained more confidence, yet I am more eager to continue learning and helping patients.

I am also so happy to evolve and begin welcoming other practitioners to Felek Acupuncture. Dr. Robert Dubois and I met at ACCHS during our Masters program. After we graduated and received our licenses, he continued his studies by finishing his clinical doctorate at Five Branches University and I finished mine at ACCHS. His kindness and wisdom has been a wonderful addition to the practice.

Last month I also connected with my longtime friend Charles Strange after Cesár decided to focus on his home massage practice. Charles and I met at Acupressure Institute, where we were both taking courses for massage therapy. After receiving my massage certificate, I decided to do my masters in Chinese Medicine and Charles decided to pursue massage therapy further, studying Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Technique and later Hendrickson Method. Over the years his skills have kept getting better and finer tuned, and I was thrilled that he decided to offer massage therapy at the clinic on Fridays.
