I'm Caroline, a Certified Therapeutic Massage Therapist. I believe the body holds profound wisdom, and my work centers on integrative bodywork — blending Swedish massage, deep tissue, and acupressure with AromaPoint Therapy, using diluted essential oils on acupuncture points to support your body's own capacity to soften and heal. I bring extensive experience in aromatherapy and aromatic embodiment, using scent as a pathway to help you come home to yourself.

I'm also a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner and offer EFT tapping sessions as a distinct offering, which can incorporate AromaPoint Therapy as well. My approach draws on 17 years as a special educator, training in attachment yoga and the Becoming Safely Embodied approach, and the energetic wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine — a lens that bridges the clinical and the somatic, and meets you with warmth, safety, and skilled guidance.

I have a special passion for supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, and volunteer my time at the Charlotte Maxwell Integrative Cancer Center. In my spare time, you can find me teaching restorative yoga classes or hiking with my husband, daughter, and our beloved family dog.
