“I have been seeing Dr Özben for a little over a year now and I cannot say enough great things about her and the other staff at Felek Acupuncture! I originally started seeing her to help with some infertility issues; at my initial appointment she made me feel heard and validated my issues. She asked many questions to get a jump start on treating me, and my journey started from there! I've seen her weekly for over a year and over that time she has addressed many other issues from my infertility to my bad neck/back to other things I never knew were an issue until she addressed them and help me. I am so happy to say that Dr Felek has since helped me get and stay pregnant and to bring a healthy baby into our family!
I love that she is always striving to learn and better herself and her practice. Dr Felek is always checking to be sure that her treatment plan is the best for her patient and is always willing to tweak things to tailor fit what's currently going on with her patients. I always felt like she really listened to me when I went in and that she truly cares about helping her patients.
I also had the privilege of seeing Susi for a pre-natal massage. I only was able to get one in prior to the birth of my baby, but I wish I was able to do so many more! She was very professional and thorough! Helped ease my sore very pregnant body and relax me to prep for the big day!
The whole environment of the practice is very inviting, relaxing, and healing. I love going in for my treatments and even love taking the herbs that Dr Felek makes up for me to help with whatever is going on.
