Painting is a creative, meditative, and healing practice that can help hone your skills of observation, presence, expression, and acceptance. The act of painting can help teach you new ways to see the world, to express yourself, to step into your creativity, and to own what makes you unique! Painting is simultaneously delightful and fun, while also being soothing and contemplative.
This class is facilitated by Chloe Wilson, a painter and our very own patient coordinator! Chloe received her BFA in studio art from University of California at Davis, and has exhibited her work in both group and solo settings at the Monterey Museum of Art, the Bakersfield Museum of Art, the Sugarman-Petersen Gallery in Santa Fe, NM, Nahcotta Gallery in Portsmouth, NH, Good Mother Gallery in Oakland, and many more. Chloe also worked as a mentor to teen artists for seven years!
