On Friday, August 30th from 6 pm-7pm, we will host local sound practitioner Joana Ayala in the meditation room for an intimate sound healing event with our much-loved acupuncturist Myra. While Joana makes healing sounds using the metal element (which is the element of the fall season), Myra will do acupuncture to prepare your body for the fall.
