Join Dr. Özben in our meditation room and learn how to tune in to the season and nourish your body, mind, and spirit this Spring!

Class includes meditation, delicious Bright Eyes herbal tea, and gentle qi gong practices. Dr. Özben will cover the best foods for the season, acupressure and moxa points, and more!

Class participants will take home our Spring Self-Care Booklet as well as class video access, so you can use what you learn for many years to come!
