Family Acupressure: Magic Buttons for Little (and Big!) Bodies

Free All-Ages Event at Small Talk City

Friday, March 27th, 5:00 - 6:30pm

1415 Martin Luther King Jr. Way

Berkeley, CA 94709

Join us for a playful, hands-on workshop where parents and kids learn simple acupressure points they can use anytime, anywhere. From tummy aches and trouble sleeping to calming big emotions and supporting immunity during cold season, you’ll leave with practical tools your whole family can use right away.

We’ll begin with a brief, jargon-free introduction to the idea that the body has pathways of energy — explained in a simple, visual way that’s easy for kids to understand. Then we’ll explore 5–6 “magic buttons” that help with common family concerns like digestion, sleep, seasonal sniffles, emotional regulation, and immune support.

This class is interactive and designed for all ages. Parents and kids will pair up and practice each point on one another as we go, building confidence through experience. Children especially love discovering that they have helpful “buttons” on their own bodies!

Each family will receive a simple, easy-to-follow body map to take home so you can keep practicing together. Perfect for mixed-age groups — everyone participates, everyone learns, and everyone leaves empowered.
